Blue Heron 1 is a 60 1987 Custom built Aluminum Hull Motor Yacht which has recently undergone extensive interior upgrades to the classic teak interior. This vessel is well equipped, spacious and an ideal live aboard boat, with Maple Hardwood floors. The galley is on the main level just aft of the helm w/ large seating area open to the L shaped full kitchen including Gas Range, Full Refrigerator, Microwave and trash compactor. The "Galley up" design presents a great entertaining option not seen in many boats. The upper Sundeck has been recently finished with new Anti-skid and offers a great lounging area partially covered with a Bimini. Blue Heron 1 also has 2 1/2 Staterooms, 2 with Customs Queen mattresses, one with pull out. 1 1/2 Heads, 2 Helm Stations, Covered Lower Aft Deck with a new (2018) Electric canvas awning and a canvas Bimini top over the upper helm station.
