SAMUEL DICKSON - VANCOUVER YACHTS SALES - 1-833-UCYACHT EXT 7

A rare opportunity to acquire a classic Sparkman & Stephens designed offshore capable vessel in exceptional condition.  Built in 1990 and then sat in dry storage until it was FIRST LAUNCHED IN 2016!!!  EVERYTHING ONBOARD HAD ZERO HOURS WHEN LAUNCHED!  Current owners have invested close to $70k to finish commissioning the boat and did a great job – it shows incredibly well inside & out and offers unbeatable value.  You would be hard pressed to find a boat in better condition for the price.

Custom-built by Hughes Boat Works of Ontario, Canada, this beauty is well suited for short-handed offshore sailing, coastal cruising and even club racing. The hull is based on the Sparkman & Stephens design #1903.  With its fine ends and narrow beam, this boat excels under sail and offers impressive upwind performance.

Beautiful teak overlay on deck and in the cockpit, teak interior flooring, as well teak detailing throughout gives this modern vessel the classic, timeless yacht look.

Below deck, there is an offset double berth in the forepeak followed by the head compartment to starboard. The main salon has a convertible U-shaped dinette to starboard and settee to port. Galley is aft to starboard with 2-burner propane stove and oven, double sink with hot and cold water, and a large insulated ice box. The navigation station is to port with a quarter berth extending aft under the cockpit.

PLUS, TRANSFERABLE MOORAGE IS AVAILABLE IN PREMUIM VANCOUVER MARINA!!!
