• Freedom Hydraulic Boat lift added to accommodate a tender. (Highfield Tender in pics not included with boat. Boat comes with a 8' Rigid boat with an 8hp Yamaha outboard stored in garage. The Freedom Lift was installed in the Spring of 2022 for a cost of $35,000.
• Yacht Controller installed in the  Spring of 2022. Handheld wireless remote control docking so the captain can move around the boat when docking.  $ 11,000 spent .
