A Pacific Northwest Classic. Canoe Cove hulls are renown for their great sea keeping abilities. This longstanding company has an impressive track record. Recognized for its unwavering commitment to quality, Canoe Cove has earned the trust of esteemed clients, including the Canadian Coast Guard, The Royal Canadian Mounted Police, and The Canadian Department of Fisheries & Oceans. The success of their commercial boat offerings led Canoe Cove to venture into the yacht market, introducing models of up to 80 feet in length in 1960. A prime example of their quality craftsmanship is Maverick.
Maverick has had a few attentive owners who have all loved and maintained her very well. The boat is still in excellent condition and outshines motor yachts that are half her age. So don’t let the model year fool you, this boat is still as capable as ever with low hours on the Ford Sabre diesels. In January 2024 the current owner rebuilt the starboard engine by dismantling the engine and replacing all of the cylinders. At the same time the running gear was cleaned and serviced, the bottom hull was painted with 2 coats, the zincs were replaced, and the hull was cleaned and waxed above the waterline. This boat is ready to perform for her next owners.
Please review the full details to see everything this vessel has to offer. She won't last long, and her prime moorage at Ladysmith Marina could also be worked into the right deal.
